Ronald has a Master’s degree in Project Management, and graduated with honors from the Latin American University of Science and Technology, he graduated from the Technological Institute of Costa Rica as an Agricultural Engineer. Has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate. He has around 12 years of experience in the agricultural industry developing strategic projects, including detecting opportunities and eliminating mudas, and Big Data Financial Analysis for Agribusiness Operational Management. He implements management technologies for the agro-industrial sector (IoT, AI), improving yields and efficiency in the transportation fleet and agricultural machinery. He is also an instructor and trainer for the Continuous Training Program for Strengthening of Sagesse Technical and Professional Competencies in topics such as managing agricultural machinery workshops, agricultural mechanization, sustainable tillage techniques, integration of geomatic tools in agriculture, and artificial intelligence applications.
