Irmino Perera is Director of Student Affairs, Professor of Ethics and Critical Thinking, and a member of the University’s Academic Council. Irmino holds an undergraduate degree from the Faculty of History and Philology and a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Kazan University in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. Throughout his extensive professional life, Irmino has taught at universities in Cuba, Colombia, and Costa Rica — and has been a visiting professor at universities in Venezuela, Haiti, and Spain. He has also served as a consultant and project manager for international cooperation projects with UNESCO, OEI, AECID, and CCAD.
