Carlos is an Agricultural Engineer Phytotechnician with a Master’s of Science in Post-harvest Fruit Physiology. He has taught the course Physiological Processes and Post-harvest Systems at EARTH University for over 30 years. He is also a consultant for several agribusinesses exporting fresh tropical fruits and vegetables, supermarket chains, and perishable distribution centers in Latin America.
