Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up and support the admissions process for applicants from different countries.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with high schools, educational organizations, EARTH alumni associations, and other strategic allies.
- Coordinate and participate in admissions events, educational fairs, talks, and other outreach activities to promote EARTH University.
- Maintain accurate and updated information of applicants within the institution’s CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in university admissions, customer service, sales, or relationship management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Ability to reside in Guácimo, Limón.
