Aracelly is the Professor of the Food Processing course and Advisor of the Food Processing Professional Experience course. She graduated with a Food Engineering degree from the University of Costa Rica and holds a Master’s degree in Design Thinking and Product Development. She also has experience in the design and development of food and beverages, especially in the transformation of fruits and vegetables and the application of design thinking techniques for the development of new projects.
