Roger teaches courses in Agro-accounting, Finance, and Agro-economics. He leads the second-year Entrepreneurship Experience Labs, where students plan, control, and evaluate farming activities using real cases and companies. They also develop systems and records to gather and process information and make decisions. Roger graduated from the Costa Rica Institute of Technology with a degree in Agricultural Business Administration. He studied English at Iowa State University and obtained his Master’s degree in Agribusiness Economics at Southern Illinois University, where he also took several Ph.D. courses in Economics and Econometrics. Before joining EARTH, he was a consultant and advisor for several programs and projects with international organizations, banks, cooperatives, and financial institutions in various Latin American countries.
