Norman grew up in the small rural community of Nueva Paz in Lempira, Honduras.
Norman sees EARTH University as an opportunity to serve his community. “It’s good to think about others, about the development and growth of a community, and my community is in a rural area where there are infinite needs.” He wants to return to Honduras to “start a project that is going to help my community’s welfare. There are many needs in my community, lots of limitations in education, and I’d really like to improve the educational system.” Norman also plans to have his own farm and to start a company that would be able to offer much needed services to his community. He would like to grow and produce coffee on his farm since it is the crop he loves most.
