Juana Gabriela comes from Jalmolonga Malinalco, a village near Mexico City. She heard about EARTH from a friend of the family who graduated from the school.
EARTH’s emphasis on environmental stewardship resonated deeply with her, and she loved the practical experience component of the curriculum, as well. She says EARTH’s holistic and practical approach to agronomy matches her values perfectly.
Having experienced first-hand in her country the devaluation of agricultural products, she wants to guide her country toward greater food sovereignty—and she feels confident that EARTH will train her to do so.
