Developing our faculty
Many professors hired during EARTH’s first years
are just now retiring—testament to their loyalty
and commitment to our mission. As EARTH faculty
undergoes a generational shift, now is the time to
support the professional growth of our younger
professors, offer competitive salaries to attract the
best candidates and provide faculty with state-of-the-
art facilities that will inspire innovative and sustainable
solutions to our most pressing challenges.
Endowed faculty chairs are another way to ensure in
perpetuity that generations of young men and women
will be mentored by world-class educators capable of
preparing them to lead the sustainable development of
their home communities.
The Academic Excellence Fund ensures that
EARTH can continue to attract, retain and
develop the most committed and talented
educators on the planet.
And that is an investment in our future.
EARTH professors are always available
to help you with any problem related to
your academics or other issues, and in the
classroom, they don’t tell you what you
need to know, but rather ask you to come
with ideas and then help you develop them.”
