Qualifications:
The candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- Academic degree in the field of health, wellbeing, and/or human development (nutrition, physical wellbeing, integral health), with a master´s or doctorate in an area related to the requirements established in this announcement.
- Demonstrated teaching excellence. (Attach evaluations.)
- Fluent written and oral English and Spanish
- Excellent abilities in inter-disciplinary and multicultural teamwork
- Availability to live and work in a rural area

Responsibilities:
EARTH University is looking for qualified candidates to:
- Contribute to the comprehensive formation of our students as future leaders.
- Facilitate student learning of topics related to health, wellbeing, and human development in general (physical, mental-emotional, social).
- Strengthen the programs of the Student Affairs Unit (the promotion of physical activity, emotional health, healthy coexistence, the enriching use of leisure time, etc.).
- Promote physical activity both in the classroom and in any other space.
- Facilitate student learning through principles and applied experiences in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Participate in outreach activities of the University and support the activities of the International Academic Relations Office.
- Participate in research projects, in the Work Experience course and other activities that involve students of the University and in scientific or professional activities in your field.
- Support other activities of the academic program and provide service to the University (in both campuses: Guácimo, Limón and Liberia, Guanacaste) than contribute to the integral education of the student.
