Animal Reproduction and Lactation

Born in Costa Rica, Daniel completed his studies as a Veterinary Zootechnician at the Universidad Veracruzana of Mexico (2004). He is a Specialist in Bovine Reproduction from the National University of Córdoba, Argentina (2007), the same University that awarded him a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences with a mention in Production Animals (2012).  He has been working as a field professional and is also a professor in different institutions (University of Costa Rica; National University of Córdoba, Argentina; Institute of Animal Reproduction of Córdoba, Argentina; EARTH University). He has several publications related to reproductive management and hormonal control for fixed-time artificial insemination programs, as well as the production and transfer of bovine embryos, both in scientific journals, congresses and symposiums.
