Faith comes from a small agricultural community near the town of Chogoria, Kenya. Growing up, she maintained her own vegetable plot and helped her parents care for their sheep, goats, and cattle.
She heard about EARTH University from an agriculture teacher, and decided to apply because she loved the idea of learning hands-on about sustainable agribusiness in an international community.
After graduation, Faith hopes to address the problem of inadequate food in Kenya due to drought and famine. She dreams of starting a small company selling agricultural inputs (seeds and fertilizers) and in this way creating job opportunities for her community.
