- Emotional support: Adaptation to university life, academic challenges, life in a new country and multiculturalism.
- Educational support: Study techniques and strategies, help with learning disabilities, and time management skills.
- Health: Sexual health and responsibility, drug and alcohol abuse prevention, stress management, and eating, sleeping and anxiety disorders.
