In their fourth year, students are hired in different parts of the University to work for one trimester. In addition to planning and organizing, students gain skills in human resource management by directing and evaluating worker production. These positions are unpaid. The purpose of the module is to give students solid, hands-on management experience in a field they may want to pursue after graduation.
