EARTH University™ Coffee comes from the Dota co-op located in Santa Maria de Dota, a high mountain valley in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica.  An EARTH alumna led the co-op’s sustainable programs, implementing a variety of projects including achieving the first carbon neutral certification for coffee in the world.  It is described as being sweet and crisp with notes of milk chocolate, white peach and honey.
