EARTH University and British distribution firm J N Fox & Sons teamed up for a third time to show off EARTH-brand bananas at the London Produce Show, June 6-8. Participation in the annual event helps to find new markets for products.
EARTH’s participation served to advance its promise of continuing to increasing global access to sustainable bananas while also spreading the University’s mission to create more just and prosperous societies.
“[Participating in the event] shows great development and commitment to the business relationship we have with EARTH University, and we are keen to move forward to promote the fantastic work in which they sustain,” Kristy Fox, import and development manager at J N Fox & Sons, told Fresh Plaza.
Fittingly, all promotional literature for the event was printed on paper made from banana waste.
