“My family has always worked in the fields, they grow both coffee and sugar cane. I grew up in this environment and I loved it. I was never the kid that didn’t want to get up early and work with his dad; I always took the initiative. Living that experience showed me the needs of small producers.
The word I would use to define EARTH is “dreams”: 25 years ago, a group of people got together to dream of a University and they are still dreaming today…at least, I’m still dreaming.”
