Integral Student Development
Welcome!
This mentoring process will be carried out as of
2006 with the aim of creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
together with the students. All faculty members will be mentors
and will facilitate the IDP process with the students. This will
be a two-way learning process, requiring the acquisition of skills
and knowledge, as well as an excellent process of communication,
by both students and mentors.
Objectives
a. Facilitate the process of creation, training, implementation
and monitoring of student development plans.
b. Provide mentors with the methodological tools to carry out the
IDP process.
c. Ensure the documentation of experiences in the interest of evaluating
and fine-tuning the process.

COMMITTEE: Coordinate

monitor and analyze the process
MENTORS: Orient and
support the students in their IDPs
