Responsibilities
EARTH is seeking qualified candidates to:
-
Facilitate students’ learning of integrated management systems of solid and liquid wastes produced by communities, farms and agricultural industries, their regulations and the environmental impacts of the use of those systems
-
Participate in activities of social impact involving students and support activities of the Continuing Education Program
-
Participate in research projects involving EARTH students and in scientific or professional activities related to field
-
Participate in other activities related to university service
Qualifications
Degree in Environmental Sciences or Engineering, with a Master’s o doctoral degree in the field of specialization and extensive practical experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of agricultural integrated waste management systems. Practical experience in the management of alternative energy systems is desirable

Extensive experience in teaching young adults

Demonstrated excellence as a facilitator of learning

Experience living and working in Latin America desirable but not required
-
Spanish fluency (language of instruction), both oral and written, is required

Excellent inter-personal skills
-
Skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
