Responsibilities:

EARTH is seeking qualified candidates to:

• Facilitate students’ learning related to the operation, calibration and maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment
• Participate in activities of social impact involving students and support activities of the Continuing Education Program
• Participate in research projects involving EARTH students and in scientific or professional activities as related to field
• Participate in other activities related to university service

Qualifications:

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering with a Master’s o doctoral degree in the field of specialization and  extensive practical experience in the operation of agricultural machinery and equipment.. Experience in alternative energies and appropriate technologies is highly desirable 
• Extensive experience in teaching young adults
• Demonstrated excellence as a facilitator of learning
• Experience living and working in Latin America desirable but not required
• Spanish fluency (language of instruction), both oral and written, is required
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
