Responsibilities:
EARTH is seeking qualified candidates to:
- Facilitate students’ learning related to the operation, calibration and maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment
- Participate in activities of social impact involving students and support activities of the Continuing Education Program
- Participate in research projects involving EARTH students and in scientific or professional activities as related to field
- Participate in other activities related to university service
Qualifications:
- Degree in Agricultural Engineering with a Master’s o doctoral degree in the field of specialization and extensive practical experience in the operation of agricultural machinery and equipment.. Experience in alternative energies and appropriate technologies is highly desirable
- Extensive experience in teaching young adults
- Demonstrated excellence as a facilitator of learning
- Experience living and working in Latin America desirable but not required
- Spanish fluency (language of instruction), both oral and written, is required
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
