Campaing

Specialized campaigns and the sale of goods and services provide an additional source of income to finance the University's operating costs.

The Plant a Tree Campaign
For a $200 contribution, donors are invited to plant a tree on the EARTH campus. The trees planted are native to the tropical forest, and many provide a source of food and shelter for a variety of endangered bird and animal species.

There are currently two forests on the campus, the Bosque de la Esperanza (Forest of Hope) and the Bosque del Recuerdo (Memorial Forest). The trees are planted along each side of the main campus road.

The Adopt an Acre Campaign
A $5000 contribution will reforest an acre at EARTH. This donation supports both the scholarship program and the institutional reforestation program. Reforested acres are located either on former pasture land or in the buffer zone of the existing forest reserve.

Especific Projects

Besides the mentioned campaigns there are other specific projects that need to be financed with external resources.
