Pre-Selection and Selection
Pre-Selection and Selection:
During pre-selection, all of the applications received
by the deadline are reviewed. Potential students are pre-selected
based on two criteria: how well the applicants match the admissions
profile; and their high school grade point average.
At EARTH, we seek students who match the following profile:
• Academic Potential.
• Leadership Potential.
• Interest and Vocation in Agriculture.
• Mentalidad Empresarial.
• Entrepreneurial Mentality.
• Social Awareness.
• Environmental Consciousness.
• Ability to Work in a Team
• Values and Ethics
During the selection phase, EARTH professors,
staff and graduates in each country give pre-selected individuals
an academic aptitude test and also interview them individually and
in groups.
The results of the aptitude test (math and Spanish) and the interviews,
as well as the high school grade point average are analyzed together
to select the best applicants and EARTH accepts these individuals
for admission.
