How do I enroll at EARTH?

How do I apply for a scholarship?

The first step is to apply to EARTH, following the instructions in the section: How to apply.  If you are pre-selected, you will be scheduled for an interview and an academic aptitude test. If you are selected based on your interview and test results, EARTH will request the completion of a financial aid form to determine if you are eligible for financial aid.

 

Is there an age limit?

No. At EARTH the most important factor is your potential as a leader for sustainable development, and we do not discriminate based on age, ethic origin, religious, gender or nationality.

 

What is housing like?

You will share a dorm room with a classmate of the same gender but of a different nationality, with the goal of promoting cultural sensitivity and understanding. In the annual fees, room and board fees are included. Please note that students are required to live in shared student dormitories, and EARTH does not offer family housing for students. What majors are offered?

At EARTH we focus exclusively on one degree program, in the Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Management. Our emphasis is on the sustainable development of the tropics, entrepreneurship, and social and environmental well-being.

 

What degree does EARTH offer?

Students graduate from EARTH with a licenciatura degree, which is between a B.S. and an M.S., in Agricultural Sciences.

 

Is it difficult to be admitted to EARTH?

Each year, we receive more than 1,500 applications, of which 110 students are admitted each year.

 

What is the campus like?

How long does it take to get a response on the admissions application?
