Cummins Inc., receive recognition at EARTH’s campus

This week, EARTH University had the honor of hosting CEO of Cummins Inc. Tom Linebarger, who participated in a naming ceremony for the new “Cummins Inc., Classroom” in honor of the foundation’s outstanding support for the last 10 years.
Also in attendance were Cummins Inc. executives, EARTH University President José Zaglul, faculty members, students and staff.

During the ceremony, Mr. Linebarger stated “the thing that made us want to contribute to EARTH was the students. When we met, we saw in them the soldiers that will help us change the world for the better.”

Second-year student David Santiago (’17, Colombia) mentioned that “It is thanks to the foundation’s support that I am able to study here and it is well deserved that they get this kind of recognition. Our donors don’t just contribute with scholarships, they also promote the values represented at EARTH.”
