This Saturday June 1-2, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. the EARTH University campus in Guacimo will open its doors for the EARTH Multicultural Fair. The Fair is one of the University’s most important events, which attracts visitors with a wide variety of cultural and recreational events.

The fair was created for a noble cause: to raise the funds needed to ensure that every fourth year student can bring a least one family member to their graduation in December. In an act of solidarity, the entire student body organizes and participates in the fair, guided by professors and staff at EARTH.

The EARTH Multicultural Fair offers traditional homemade foods, prepared by students, from more than 20 different countries. Visitors can enjoy dishes such as chicken from Mozambique, Argentine style carne asada, carne llanera from Colombia, Salvadorean pupusas, Haitian rice, and traditional Mexican tacos, just to name a few.

Athletes will have their time to shine on Saturday June 1 during the 5th Annual Cross Country Race that will span 10 km throughout our tropical campus. In addition, on Sunday June 2 there will be a recreational cycling race with 20 km and 40 km routes.
